Racing Revenue helps motorsport organizations perform at their peak.  Founded by industry veteran Bill Dietzen, Racing Revenue combines deep operational expertise with an authentic passion for racing to help teams, tracks, series, sponsors, and suppliers grow stronger, more efficient, and more profitable. From improving performance and streamlining operations to attracting new fans and corporate partners, Racing Revenue is dedicated to fueling the financial and organizational health of the entire motorsport ecosystem.

BILL DIETZEN

Founder | Racing Revenue​

 

Bill Dietzen is an experienced executive with a passion for motorsports.  As the founder of Racing Revenue, Bill combines two decades of leadership experience across aerospace, motorsports, and advanced manufacturing with a deep, hands-on connection to the racing world.  

 

A lifelong racer and industry professional, Bill has worked across nearly every corner of the motorsport landscape—from vintage road racing and super late models to oval modifieds, IndyCar, and NASCAR. His experience ranges from turning wrenches and building engines to leading teams responsible for some of the most sophisticated performance programs in the world.  

 

Bill’s professional track record mirrors his racing mindset.  A proven operations executive, he has led large-scale organizations with revenue exceeding $300 million and managed cross-functional teams of 750 people.  His leadership has driven transformative turnarounds, multimillion-dollar capital expansions, and measurable gains in productivity, profitability, and engagement.  

 

As Director of Operations at Ilmor Engineering, Bill oversaw engine manufacturing and testing programs for IndyCar, NASCAR, and performance marine applications. Under his leadership, Ilmor captured three consecutive IndyCar Manufacturer Championships and back-to-back Indianapolis 500 victories.   

 

At Racing Revenue, Bill channels his operational expertise and lifelong motorsports passion into helping racing organizations and suppliers accelerate growth, streamline operations, solve problems, and build winning teams.
